Return Policy

Exchanging or Cancelling Your Order

You might not make modifications to your placed order since it would have been processed and dispatched.

If your order has not been proceeded or dispatched yet, you may contact the customer service office to modify or cancel an order before its shipment. Please keep in mind that most orders are immediately processed and get into the shipping process directly.

Returns and Refunds

We don’t have a Cash Refund Policy for any products already purchased and returned for unknown reasons. Return is allowed within 3 days from the date of invoice. Purchased items or products should be returned with original packaging and original receipt. After examinations and acceptance, the amount of the returned product will be added to your wallet in your account for another future purchase. Please note that the delivery charges will not be refunded. However, in any event that the product received does not meet the features mentioned while purchasing than a cash refund will be done on the behalf of the buyer within a period of 1 week. If the payment is done electronically then the amount will be transferred to the customer’s Card, and if the payment was made through Cash on Delivery then the customer will get a full cash refund including the delivery charges.

Return Policies:

  • Once return items are received, an amount to your wallet on will be transferred within 3 working days.
  • An email will be sent to the e-mail provided upon order confirmation.
  • Free return shipping fees.
  • Lingerie, swimwear, tights and undergarments are not eligible for return.
  • Products purchased during sale or promotions may be returned. However, the amount added to your wallet will be the one paid during the sale.

Cancellation Policies

Sometimes we may cancel orders for several reasons:

  • Product(s) unavailability.
  • Payment information omitted.
  • Cannot deliver to address provided.
  • Orders purchased twice by mistake.
  • Customer requested for cancellation before the shipment of the goods ordered. Thus, the order will be cancelled by and the amount will be returned to the Card of the customer in case the payment was made electronically.

You will be notified by email if your order is cancelled and the reasons for cancellation. You will not be charged for any item that has been cancelled.

Damaged/ Harmed Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact the customer service office within 4 working days of receiving the item. Please keep your receipt at your disposal when contacting the customer service.

Gift Return/ Exchange:

In the event you receive a gift from a GlobyMall member, you may not be able to request a return. However, you can exchange the item you received with another one. You will, therefore, need to send a request within 3 days of receiving the gift by contacting our customer service team, so that you can exchange it.
